We are very happy to welcome Rachel to our team. Rachel is not only a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist but she also specialises in the groundbreaking science of Nutrigenomics, studying the relationship between your genetics, nutrition and health.

We can provide you with the ultimate power over your wellness with our new service as your genes influence your nutritional status, which not surprisingly directly impacts your health.

During your initial consultation with Rachel, you will have the opportunity to discuss your health goals which will allow Rachel to advise which genetic test is best suited to you. You will be asked to provide a small saliva sample using our FDA cleared test kits which we then send to our laboratory for analysis.

When the results are back you will be presented with a comprehensive brochure detailing your results and personalised recommendations based on your unique genetic profile. These results will be translated and explained by Rachel in your follow up appointment where recommendations will be further personalised.
